Copyright Notice

Last Updated: 19th May, 2026

Feedr ("Feedr," "we," "our," or "us") provides an app and related services (the "Services") that help you organize, search, and revisit short-form videos, posts, and links you encounter on third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Feedr is a personal organization tool. It is not a publisher, distributor, or rights holder for the third-party content that users share into it.

1) What Feedr Owns

© 2026 Feedr. All rights reserved. Feedr owns the Feedr name, logo, app icon, branding, website and app design, user interface, layout, illustrations, marketing copy, and source code (collectively, the "Feedr Materials"). The Feedr Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Feedr" and the Feedr logo are trademarks of Feedr.

2) What Feedr Does Not Own

Feedr does not own, license, sell, or claim any rights in the third-party content (such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, posts, articles, images, audio, captions, thumbnails, or links) that users share into the Services ("Third-Party Content"). All right, title, and interest in Third-Party Content remains with its original creators, rights holders, and the platforms on which it was originally published.

In most cases, the user sharing Third-Party Content with Feedr also does not own that content. Feedr makes no representation that the user has any ownership of, or distribution rights in, the Third-Party Content they share with us.

3) How Feedr Uses Shared Content

When a user shares a link or piece of Third-Party Content with Feedr, we may fetch publicly available metadata and content from the source URL and process it (including via automated parsing, transcription, summarization, embedding, and indexing) for the sole purpose of helping that user organize, search, recall, and chat with their own saved library.

This processing is performed at the direction of the user, on the user's behalf, and the resulting outputs are made available only to that user (or to people the user explicitly chooses to share with). Feedr does not republish, broadcast, sell, or otherwise make Third-Party Content publicly available, and Feedr does not grant any user a license to the underlying Third-Party Content.

4) User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links and content you share into Feedr and for ensuring that your use of any Third-Party Content through the Services complies with the terms of service of the source platform, applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, and any other rights of third parties (including creators, performers, and rights holders).

By sharing Third-Party Content with Feedr, you represent that you are doing so for your own personal, non-commercial reference, and that your use does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5) No Endorsement, No License Granted

The presence of Third-Party Content within a user's Feedr library does not imply Feedr's endorsement, sponsorship, verification, or affiliation with any creator, brand, or platform. Nothing in the Services grants you any right, title, license, or interest in any Third-Party Content beyond what the original rights holders and source platforms already permit.

6) No Liability for Third-Party Content

Feedr acts as a neutral, automated tool that processes content at the direction of its users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedr is not responsible or liable for any Third-Party Content that users choose to share with the Services, including its accuracy, legality, ownership, or any claims arising from its use. Responsibility for Third-Party Content rests with the user who shared it and with the original rights holders.

7) Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA / Takedown)

If you are a rights holder (or are authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe that Third-Party Content has been processed or stored through the Services in a way that infringes your rights, please send a written notice to the address below. Your notice should include:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (including the original source URL, where possible);
  • a description of where in the Services the allegedly infringing material appears, or the URL the user shared;
  • your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to: [email protected]. On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the affected material from the relevant user's library.
